    Hi,

For all those who would like details on how long to hold the pose etc, just go to anmolmehta (dot) com and click on free yoga videos on the right (or search for it in the search box). This will take you to the written explanation of the exercises and set, with every detail you need.

And yes all the information is free as the entire website anmolmehta (dot) com is free.

    Best,
    Anmol

Is Kundalini Yoga safe for someone with lower back pain?

  6. AnmolMehtaCom on December 24th, 2008

It is safe, but only to be done gently and slowly, without strain until the back gets stronger.
