Vatskar Dhauti(NOT VASTRA DHAUTI)? Only those who have knowledge of kundalini yoga, please answer.?
Vatskar dhauti: Sit in easy pose. hold your knees with your hands. Make a beak of your mouth and inhale in sips through mouth.
After this should I grind my stomach in big circles as we do in kundalini yoga warmups, or should I just move my stomach similar to the agnisar kriya in hatha? yoga?
Please, can anyone tell me?
